are prepared in Word and Excel in computer. They do not
keep data by age. Submit BANBEIS form to DEO.
11. Primary Training Institute, This is under MOPME. There are 12 instructor (10 are
Chittagong female). MIS unit collect data for experimental school which
attach to this institute. Divisional MOPME office collects
data of trainees and sent to DPE training unit. Sometime
they sent report to DPE about vacant post and budget
information but no feed back. They provide in-service
training. BANBEIS also collect data on PTIs. One office staff
keeps all record.

12. Senpara Parbata There are 1270 students, 17 teachers (14 female), Grade 1
Government Primary to 5, no pre-primary. It has two shifts. They have monthly
School, Mirpur, Dhaka evaluation register for each student. Keep admission
register and admission form. Admission form is used for
competition to admit the school and select student through
entry test. The date of birth of student is missing. There are
data in various registers but summary forms not prepared to
provide information. They refrain from mentioning repeaters
in the report. Data by age provided by guessing. Interest
and seriousness are lacking to fill up the annual school
form. They are not aware of the instruction from DPE. They
can provide information of school leavers by marking in the
attendance register.

13. Engineering University This school has grade KG to 12 grade students. They
Higher Secondary School, maintain all types of register. They have 20 computers, 2 for
Dhaka. administration and 189 are used by the students. The
principal mentioned that central level should design uniform
school register. He also mentioned the need for national
data center. Guardians are informed about the progress of
the students.
