Enables or disables sending of events to this manager connection.
Parameters

EventMask
[required] Set to on if all events should be sent, off if events should not be sent, or
system,call,log to select which type of events should be sent to this manager
connection.

[optional] An identifier which can be used to identify the response to this action.

ExtensionState Checks extension status
